Known for mixing business with leather, Skullcandy and Brand Jordan collaborated on two very special edition collector packs this weekend; where 23 lucky individuals picked up the extremely limited Skullcandy X Jordan Packs from Footaction in the Westfield Mall in Culver City, CA. The AJ Retro 3 Pack with matching Elephant Print sneakers, which the true sneaker heads know that is the pair he won the 1988 dunk contest in. The sneakers sports the iconic animal print designed by Tinker Hackfield and his team that Jordan had always wanted to incorporate in his shoes. The Skullcandy crew successfully built a whole package of headphones design incorporated with the shoes. The other lineup was the newly designed custom Skullcandy x Jordan Aviator headphone; and the AJ 2011 Pack featuring interchangeable red and blue midsole sneakers and custom Skullcandy x Jordan Aviators with one red and one blue ear cap. The Red signifies the explosive side of the player, while the blue symbolizes cool and agility. A pretty nifty concept one should say.

Ever think how sweet it would be to be able to paint on your ride? For 5 days, Volvo took that idea and brought in artists from all over the world to paint on their car (Volvo S60). At Glattbrugg in Zurich main station from February 9th to 13th, ten artists gave their piece of mind as they sprayed and styled the same canvas over and over again. Creating ten distinctive and ephemeral works of art, documented by photographer Michel Comte. The performance was said to be thrilling with energy and dynamism, and spectators and the artist created a dialogue (non-spoken), but experienced through this installation and the public space. Artist Wes 21 had the honour of finishing the S60 with the final coat of his creation which will be on display at the Geneva International Motor Show on March 13th 2011. Here are the footage of the event, along with further videos on Volvo’s website.
